The Vineyard Care Centre is made up of a large number of friendly volunteers and support networks, each ready to use their expertise to help you move towards a more independent lifestyle, empowering you to fulfil your God given potential. We do this through five popular ministries, as well as hosting a number of agencies and support groups at our Monday morning Care Centre. Anyone is welcome to come along on a Monday morning (10am-12pm) to meet our team!
